Our bodies are like buckets and everyday we are pouring stress into it. From the physical, emotional, and environmental stresses we have a tendency to hold that tension in. A great way to relieve that anxiety is to get weekly or monthly massages before the stress turns into a constant pain.

Jake former experience as an athlete and certified personal trainer has given him a unique and intuitive perspective of the body. Jake is an Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist with a very therapeutic approach to massage therapy. His focus is on restoring quality of life through therapeutic touch and client education. He believes that by creating an understanding and connection with our bodies we unlock our full potential as human beings.
